Outside

So, remember that yellow house of mine? Well, the outside is going to be pretty awesome too. I spent today inside because I wasn’t feeling very well, so I felt inspired to design the outside.

The picture above reminds of the chateaux that I visited while in Paris. I just love the trellis and all the beautiful flowers. I’ll definitely need to replicate this.

We’ll have a porch…

With a porch swing.

Call me cliché, but I have to have a pool. In California, it’s a must.

We’ll have an outdoor shower area, like this one:

And I can’t help this one either. The poolside bar is kind of amazing…

And I’ll have a vegetable garden, where I’ll grow peppers and tomatoes and squash and pumpkins for the Fall.

I imagine a beautiful yard where we can have picnic benches under the trees.

And since we will be on California’s Central Coast, we will have our own private stairs down to the beach.

And, probably my most ridiculous dream yet, we’ll have a barn. Not because I want animals or anything. I just like barns…
