I’m sorry I didn’t post yesterday. We were in Orange County all weekend, for my cousin’s {beautiful} wedding. I didn’t get home until almost 10:00 on Sunday night, and I was exhausted. Yesterday I wasn’t feeling well, and have finally gotten an idea of what I might be dealing with. Well, kind of. I don’t think I’m ready to share with all of you yet, but I will soon. Promise.
Anyway, if we were really having coffee today, I wouldn’t actually be drinking coffee. I’m trying not to drink too much of the stuff, so instead I’m having a cup of green tea. It’s delicious.
If we were having coffee today, I would tell you that I started a book last week. But this weekend my brother let me borrow another book, so I had to stop reading the other one. Because this is obviously more important.
Anyone read it? I’m about 50 pages in, and it’s already good. I’m so glad that it starts really fast. I don’t really want to have to “get into” another book. Usually the first fifty pages are the hardest to read, but not this one. I’m so excited to finish it!
If we were having coffee this morning, I would tell you that I am on a food-pinning spree. Seriously, I’m sorry to all of my followers on Pinterest for my flood of food picture. Especially if you’re hungry. I just want to make it all! Here are a few that I am going to be trying soon.
{I wish I were having a piece of that s’mores cake for breakfast this morning…yum}
If we were having coffee today, I would tell you that I saw two movies recently. They were alright.
But this week, I get to see two more. And I am so. effing. excited.
Best book that I read last year, hands down. I’m assuming that you all have read it as well, but if you haven’t, read it. Now.
Am I a nerd? Absolutely. But we saw the actual concert last year and it was amazing. I hope the concert/movie is just as good! Thought I can’t say that we are going to see it in 3D…

If we were having coffee this morning, I would ask you how your weekend was. Have you seen any good movies or read any good books or made any good recipes lately? If so, I want to know! I need things to fill up the last few weeks of summer.
Oh, and one last thing.
I hate Lost.
But I love you.

I'll be seeing The Help this weekend :) And I want to make that jalepeno popper grilled cheese...mmmm. Hope you're feeling better!
I'm waiting to see what the drive-in's are scheduling for the weekend. I am jealous you are reading the hunger games series for the first time. I loved it so much! Also I hate Lost too.
I LOVE the Hunger Game series! Funny story- I had started reading the first one and when my husband got home that day, I told him he had to wait 30 more minutes so I could finish the book before I would say hi. Yup...
Anyway, I haven't read The Help, but I keep on hearing good things about it so I think I'll get on that soon!
what a CUTE blog you have :) found you today at coffee. i haven't read the help either...will have to do that. but now you've made me hungry with all your yummy pics...must make lunch now!
I REALLY want to read the Hunger Games and you just reminded me :) I am so in need of a good read now.
Hope you're feeling better my love.

Pinterest has totally revolutionized my cooking. There's something about cruising through images to find new recipes as opposed to a google search that is really satisfying.
I'm cooking NEW things on a much more regular basis since creating my "food" board. (http://pinterest.com/cpribyl8/food/)
I hope you start to feel better soon and that whatever you're "dealing" with isn't anything negative.
Also, I thought The Help was phenomenal and I am so stoked to see the movie!
I have read all three books in the hunger games series! I was absolutely HOOKED. Like I could.NOT.put.the.book.down. Can't wait to see what they do with the movie. I also want to read "the help". and see Planet of the Apes.
i loved the book the help so i really hope the movie is good, too. my sister-in-law said the hunger games is really good..thinking i might have to give it a try!
I LOVE THE HUNGER GAMES SO MUCH.
I read all three in one weekend and I cannot tell you how crazy it was putting down the third one and not having another to pick up right after it--I felt psychologically changed after reading this series, and I hope you get just as much out of them as I did. I really hope the films do them justice.
I've heard such good things about The Hunger Games and The Help. I definitely want to read them! Saw The Help tonight..such a good movie! Love Emma Stone!
