A Weekly Plan

So.

I've been having a little bit of trouble with organizing my mind these days. You see, I have way too many goals, and have yet to find an efficient {and effective} way to organize them. I try to post them on my blog, but I have trouble with the follow up.

I need to change that.

I realized, however, that putting things on my blog truly is the best way to keep myself accountable. Especially since the most amazing effect of my blog on my life is my newfound ambition to live life to the fullest.

I'm sure you've all realized this too. Nobody wants to read a boring blog. Having an audience to read what I have to say is a privilege, and I need to treat it that way. So I guess I should thank you for motivating me to be a more exciting person.

That being said, I am going to try my hardest to share with you every goal I have for myself. And I'm going to try and follow up with those goals.

But I have to warn you. I have a lot of goals. Like wanting to start sticking to a morning schedule {and actually become a morning person}. Or finally getting my event planning website up {no, I'm still not finished…}.

I think my biggest problem with achieving my goals, apart from just keeping them organized, is that I want everything to be done now. I don't want to work toward something. I want too much in too little time.

So here is how this is going to work. On Mondays, I'm going to post about the upcoming week. It will include one major goal, and something small that I can do every day to achieve that goal. I'll also start sharing with you my daily menu plan and cleaning schedule, along with my broad to-do list for the week.

On Sunday evenings, I will post about the week in review. I will tell you what I accomplished {if anything} and how I can do better next time.

This new project is more for me than it is for you. But I need your help. I need you to help keep me accountable for things. Because I'm tired of beating myself up for feeling like I'm lazy and unmotivated. I know that it's just because I'm unorganized. Hopefully this helps things.

Will you help me?

xoxo,
Joelle

What a great plan! I think I need to try this....Maybe, I'll do something similar. Or maybe, you could do like a Monday goal link-up? Thoughts? I'd totally participate!

This is a great idea - I think it could help a lot!

I feel the same as you in that I want to do so many things, but then never follow through on them because I forget or get distracted.
