It's been a while since I've had announcements post, so here you go! Just some fun little projects and news that I'd like to share with all of you, if that's alright.
1 // ASK ME ANYTHING. I know, such an original name. I just wanted to let you all know that I'm starting a new series on the blog here where I answer reader questions. They can be about anything from wedding planning to small business ownership to blogging to just, life. If you're interested in submitting a question, feel free to email me and I'll choose a question every few weeks to answer on the blog!
2 // ADVERTISING SPECIAL. It's almost spring guys! And to celebrate, I'm offering 25% off any ad spot when you enter the code "LUCKY" at checkout. You can see all of my advertising options and purchase ad spots on my Advertising page!
3 // PEOPLE ARE BUYING MY BOOK! What the what? It's true, and I am BEYOND humbled (not to mention at little terrified) at the thought that people are buying and enjoying my book. As of now I have seven reviews on Amazon and a few on Goodreads. Thank you! Thank you to anyone taking the time to read and review my very first novel, Breathe Again. It means more to me than you know!
I think that's it for now friends! Thanks for being awesome, and I'm excited to write my first AMA post soon!

Your new AMA column sounds so much fun and I look forward to reading it (and possibly asking you my own questions!!) And girl! Your book!! SO AWESOME. First off, I didn't know you had a book out so this is such a great update, and 2nd I'm off to go check it out!! Hope you're having such a wonderful day!
What I'd like to know right now is, how do you source clients?
Hi, My Doctor recommended to me the book The Happiness Trap by Dr Ruth Harris and it taught me some techniques that were really helpful. Especially for stopping those spiralling thoughts.
I just got your book and Im so excited to give it a read!
I can totally relate! It's been a few years of on-and-off anxiety, and I still struggle with it from time to time. I love your authenticity. Keep sharing :)
I deal with anxiety daily! I don't know what I would do without Prozac and my fiance to keep me from freaking out all of the time!
I am right there with you girl! Anxiety will never get any easier to deal with, Keep your head up! xo
thank you so much for sharing this. i deal with anxiety on a daily basis as well, it seems every single situation can awaken it inside me (combine / triggered by extreme perfectionism). i try to deal with it as calmly and rational as i can, but sometimes you have those days where it just doesn't work and it seems like the end of the world. i hate the fact that it blurs out so much of the happy things in my life! but i try to focus on the positive as much as possible through many books and exercises :) again, thank you for sharing your story! love the chart you posted.
xo, cheyenne
