{monday's mantra}

I had one lazy, wonderful weekend, let me tell you. I didn't have to cook (Red Robin is always a good idea), and we rented two movies to watch. I even put on a vacation responder for my email for part of the weekend, which was an amazing idea. I think I might need to do that more often.

After last week, specifically Friday, I really needed to take a break. Thankfully, I'm feeling much better today. I have a photo shoot and lots of ideas and projects that I'm working on right now, and I couldn't be more excited about it! Here's to hoping that this week is better than the last!
What's your mantra this week?

I'm so glad you took a break!! You so deserve that. Red Robin is actually where Thomas and I had our first dinner date way back when ;) We went a few days ago for our anniversary! And I agree - always a good idea. xo! E

So far my mantra this week is "more coffee please!" Haha. Daylight savings always messed me up a little. I'm glad you got to relax and recharge this weekend! That can really help sometimes.

What a wonderful idea! Sometimes you just need some down time to really take everything by the horns the next time 'round. Some obstacles have been overwhelming me a lot recently, so I think I'll be adopting your mantra this week!

I have to turn off my phone sometimes...and it's wonderful when I do! We made a rule recently: no phones in the bedroom. It's definitely changed things for the better :)

I think you should take up this mantra! Things are definitely overwhelming for me right now, but getting through it all is the most satisfying part. That's why I do what I do :)
