{monday's mantra}

Hope you all had a wonderful Easter! We drove down to Orange County (for the second weekend in a row) to celebrate with family, and now I am so ready to stay home for a little while. To say that I'm exhausted is an understatement, and I haven't been feeling well for the past few days. But that doesn't matter; I'm looking forward to getting stuff done this week! I guess that's a good thing?

Anyway, here's my mantra for this week...
I've been getting really frustrated by people these days, but what else is new? I guess I'm just really tired of people expressing their opinions on things in a negative or judgmental way. So this week, I'm going to try and let it all go. People will think what they will, and all I should be worrying about is myself and my own choices. I don't need to justify my life to anyone.

If you're interested, I've created a wallpaper version of this week's mantra! You can download it here

What's your mantra this week?

This completely applies to a situation with me and a coworker right now. Thank you for posting this! Have a blessed day!

Yes. I love this quote from Eleanor Roosevelt!

Current mantra:"The only person you should try to be better than is the person you were yesterday." I've been doing a lot of comparing and had a competitive mentality against my co-workers. It's just becoming internally toxic and I'm trying to work through it.

Blessings to you this week! Do what you want!

That's a fantastic mantra, and definitely something I need to start doing more. I can get a little competitive sometimes too! Hope you have a fab week my dear! xoxo

You can't imagine how fitting this quote is for me right now! Definitely needed. I'm in the midst of making a huge life decision and am getting quite an earful from some Debbie downers. But ultimately, no matter what I do or where I go, I will be there. You've just got to do what's best for you!

sorry you're not feeling well! i get really frustrated when people are negative too... it's so unproductive! i've had to distance myself from those people and tune them out when i can't ignore them completely ;)

I love your mantras and quotes! Just wondering where do you make them?? I've been searching around to make quotes and I haven't found any I liked :-(
