Happy Hour :: Rosemary Champagne Cocktail

And it's the first Friday of the new year! It was technically a short week, but it was a good one. Lazy, but good. I got a lot of work done updating my site and my portfolio, creating a new digital brochure, and ordering some print brochures for potential clients that I meet with. I'm so excited to put it all together and start signing more brides and grooms for 2014!

Anyway, this weekend we're just hanging out with friends and I'm dragging Robert to the Santa Barbara Museum of Art (we've never been!). Cheers to an awesome weekend friends!
Rosemary Champagne Cocktail Ingredients:
Sprig of rosemary
Dash of bitters
One ounce gin
Simple syrup to taste
Top with champagne

Place rosemary and dash of bitters at the bottom of your glass and pour in gin. Top with champagne, to about the middle of the glass, and simple syrup to taste.
