I've been wanting my own office space for a while; somewhere that I can plan out my day, do calligraphy, and use the laptop. Somewhere that's all my own.
I painted the top of my old desk, and made a skirt to go around so that I wouldn't have to paint the whole thing.
I made those shelves from some shelves on an old bookcase that I painted white, papered, and put ribbon on the trim. I also repurposed some used canvases by stapling black fabric to the front, to be use as a make shift bulletin board.
Michael's had those photo boxes on sale today, so I picked up a few in black and pink. And please ignore whatever it is on the side of that black box. I've already turned it around so that I don't see it, but I was too lazy to take another picture.
I got some magazine holders on clearance, and have made a resolution to only keep magazines that fit into those three holders. So, if you're in need of any magazines {bridal, housekeeping, cooking, Cosmo....just about anything and everything}, feel free to come on over and pick them up. I'm throwing away a lot.
The binders are my recipe book and household agenda that I was working on a few weeks ago. I've actually been using them too, which I'm loving. They are a work in progress, and I'm still designing a lot of pages for them, but I wanted to offer you all the pages that I have so far, if you're interested.
Hope you all had a fantastic {and productive} weekend!
