I have a serious love for gin. It’s probably {read = definitely} my favorite liquor, and I’ll drink it with just about anything: ginger ale, tonic water, cranberry juice…
Anyway, the Tom Collins is one of my favorite gin drinks, mainly because it tastes {and is, really} lemonade with gin.
My favorite gin is Bombay Sapphire, so that’s what I typically use when at home. Though I’m not opposed to drinking something else when we’re out.
