It was the husband's birthday yesterday, so we used it as a perfect excuse to get everyone together and drink dress up.
We managed to fit seventeen people into our tiny apartment, which is probably more than we've ever had before! I didn't get pictures of everyone or everything (unfortunately), but we had a blind surgeon and injured patient, gladiator, redneck, Peter Pan and Wendy, among others. Carrie and Doug (above) were Bonnie and Clyde, which I thought was absolutely adorable, and my husband and brother decided to be Power Rangers at the last minute. I bet you can't guess what I was...
Oh, and how adorable is that cake! There was a martini on top that you can't really see in the pictures, but everybody loved it. It was chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting from one of my favorite wedding cake bakers, and I was so happy with it. Robert was definitely a fan!
