{monday's mantra}

Hope you all had a fabulous, amazing weekend! Mine wasn't so fabulous or amazing, but it was decent. I'm looking forward to a productive, decent week now.
I'm having a problem with this right now. I'm always so anxious about things, and I really need to take a step back and just be happy with the way life is going. Because honestly? It's going really well, and there's no need to worry about small things, or the future, when there's nothing I can do about it. Maybe I just don't really know how to be in the moment? That's definitely something I need to focus on this year.

YES, THIS! I was also looking back through old posts of mine and saw a quote I had written about months and months ago: "the only thing that makes it part of your life is that you keep thinking about it." it's funny how in control we really are of how we feel, even when we feel helpless!

Such a great quote! I'm guilty of worrying a lot and I need to tone it down. All it does is make me anxious and upset!
