Weekend Confessions

I saw Midnight in Paris yesterday. If you haven't seen it yet, you probably should. It's kind of amazing.

I absolutely loved Midnight in Paris. I kind of have a thing for Woody Allen.

I will second the no IUD thing - they can have really dangerous side effects. I have known a couple of women who have had their long-term fertility affected...

You know, that's so funny because I've been considering an IUD for some time now. My mom swears by them, and she's never had any complications. It's definitely something to look into, maybe talk to your Gyno and see what she/he says. Medicine has come a long way in the last few years. I'm so sick of the pill, and I need an alternative. Hope that helps! And I need to see Midnight in Paris! Glad you had a good weekend, lady. Xox

Those crab wontons look delicious! I am so interested in IUD's...it sounds so inventive and low maintenance- however, as a long-time taker of the pill, I'm kind of thinking, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." Ha. It will be interested to hear if it grows in popularity in the future!

If you decide to go to the IUD route, I defintely would check out the side effects in relation to your own health history. I have heard less complaints about the IUD then the pill. Good luck w/your decision!

i need to see that movie, everyone has been raving about it! and on the iud front, two of my bests friends are on the same one. one swears by it and the other has had a lot of trouble. there are a lot of different options out there though so it's good to consider them all!
