A Week in Review

I did some pretty awesome cooking last week.

Vegetable soup

Chicken pot pie*

Baked apples*

Pasta with butternut squash*

Roasted lemon chicken

BBQ chicken pizza

Salmon stuffed with goat cheese and dijon mustard

{*new recipe}

We did not go out for dinner once last week, and I already have all of our dinners planned for this upcoming week too:

Monday: Chicken stir fry

Tuesday: Turkey sloppy Joes {from scratch}

Wednesday: Spaghetti squash with homemade pesto

Thursday: Pulled pork sandwiches

Friday: Baked potato soup

This past week was decent. I felt really productive, but I got sick too. They kind of cancelled each other out. Robert and I proctored the SATs yesterday, and we both babysat last night, so we made some extra cash. And today I got to go to the LA Women’s Expo with my two girlfriends, where we got free makeovers and yummy samples {wine, tequila, and cocktails? Okay!}. Then we got lunch at the Yardhouse. Overall, a great weekend!

And here’s some inspiration for you this week:

I <3 this. A lot.

And I <3 you too.
