I don’t usually post on Sundays, but I made a {pretty} significant change last night that I feel needs to be brought to your attention ASAP.
If you haven’t noticed already, the name of my blog has changed from Where We Love is Home to…
There are a few reasons for this change, the main one being consistency. As you might know, I am in the process of starting my own event planning business, currently called A Charming Occasion. At first I was attempting to maintain two blogs, this personal blog and a wedding blog for A Charming Occasion. That got to be too much work, so I decided to put all of my efforts into this one blog. That being said, I felt it was necessary to create consistency throughout my brand, and to eliminate any confusion as to what I stand for.
As of today, 11/27/2011, the address of this blog is still www.whereweloveishome.com. Sometime this week, however, it will be redirected to www.joelleduff.com. I will give you another warning when that change happens, but again, I felt it was necessary to let you know now. I am working with someone to make sure that there is little impact to my readers and anybody following my blog, and I am hoping that any links that once pointed to my original URL will still work when the change is made.
Thanks for coming along for this {crazy} ride. I really appreciate all of the support that you’ve given me this past year, and I hope you enjoy my new look and my new name!
