{things I love}

Here are a few things I’m loving this week:

The Big Bang Theory

{via}

I know, I’m seriously late to the party, but I could watch this show all. day. long. It just started playing on TBS, and husband and I have been spending our nights in bed, watching like, eight episodes at a time. For realsies. We’re not pathetic or anything…

And you know what makes the show even better? The fact that Robert sometimes knows what Sheldon is going to say before he says it. Yeah, I’m married to a self-professed nerd.

My Scarlett

{via}

Yes, she has a name. And surprise, surprise…who would have thought that I would be obsessed with my Kitchenaid once I got it!? Since we bought her on Christmas Eve, I’ve made three batches of cookies, one batch of cinnamon roll frosting, crab wontons, Swedish pancakes, and banana bread {though I very well be missing something…}.

Gala Darling

Gala Darling

I know, I’ve mentioned her twice this week already {three times, counting this post}, but I seriously love this girl. She’s just so inspirational, and I desperately want to do her Radical Self Love Bootcamp. I think it would be a great step in being purely happy. Not that I’m not happy right now. I am happy, very much so. But we can all improve, right?

Bows

photo

Again, no surprise here. For Christmas, my mom put a sweet little leopard print hair bow in my stocking that I’ve been wearing nonstop. It looks adorable with my leopard print ballet flats. I also bought some cute bow earrings from Old Navy {one pair has the Eiffel Tower on them too} and I just might go back to H&M tomorrow to get a hot pick bow belt that I saw on Monday. It’s not too much, is it?

All of You!

I know I’ve been a little inconsistent with this whole blogging thing lately, but I hope you all know how much I still appreciate each and every one of you! You are what inspire me to keep blogging, and are my biggest form of support for my business. Every comment I get about being excited for me and my event planning gives me the encouragement I need to keep going. It’s so much easier to believe in myself when I have so many other people believing in me too. I don’t know if I say it enough, so thank you! And even if I don’t {read: can’t} respond to every comment, please know how much they mean to me. You are all amazing people and bloggers, and I feel so blessed to consider you my friends.

Isn't "Big Bang" amazing! I feel like I live in it. I'm not exactly like Penny, but I have guys who act like all of the characters in my own life!

Haha I also love Big Bang Theory! I used to do plays with Kaley, the main girl - did you know she's from ventura county?

And Gala Darling is so inspirational - I have it on my favorites bar and go back to some of her posts constantly :)

Happy 2012 and thanks for your sweet comment on my blog!

I have that same KitchenAid Standmixer (red and everything!) It's the love of my life, but is sadly now sitting in storage while living with my in-laws! I'm glad to see someone is getting to enjoy theirs! It looks like you're having a ton of fun baking!

I absolutely love the big bang theory, so funny. And maybe I should contemplate naming my KitchenAid, maybe then it wouldn't be so weird that I sometimes pet it :p
