{valentine’s day style}

Let’s be real here. The best part about Valentine’s Day isn’t going out to a fancy dinner, or getting flowers. It’s really shopping for yourself your significant other.

So, what’s your Valentine’s Day style?

{warning now: Mom, don’t read anymore.}

1. Silk-chiffon chemise from Net-A-Porter.
2. “Love” necklace from Baublebar.
3. Chantilly lace and silk-chiffon robe from Net-A-Porter.
4. Lace babydoll from Victoria’s Secret.
5. Gardenia candle from Saks Fifth Avenue.
6. Simone Perele lace bra and panties from Journelle.

1. Black satin and lace bra and garter from Style Bop.
2. Black platforms by Jessica Simpson.
3. La Perla leopard silk chemise from Net-A-Porter.
4. Thigh high stockings from Saks Fifth Avenue.
5. Edible chocolate body icing from Victoria’s Secret.

Red Hot

1. Red bow bustier from Victoria’s Secret.
2. Red lipstick by Laura Mercier.
3. La Perla silk cami from Style Bop.

I think I see a shopping trip in my near future, and one that the husband won’t get mad at me for.

oh my goodnesss this is ME. in college, my "presents" to my boyfriends for birthdays/anniversaries/Valentines were lingerie for me to wear... I may no longer have the boyfriends, but I've still got the silk and lace! It's idea :) Also, my friend told me what she got her husband as part of her anniversary present to hem: he got to throw out any of her undergarments that he didn't like! Bye bye boring white cotton with holes...
